Initially, ‘Glasses of Grace’ started because my niece, Grace, had to get glasses for reading. Since grace is such a spiritual topic and the fact that my niece is such a doll, I started thinking about the ways God shows us His grace on a daily basis. From His servings, His 'glasses of grace' to us - to seeing the world through the eyes of grace (or Grace, since she had new glasses and better sight), it made sense in more ways than one, so a title was born. Blessings and all, this is my life…

Free hugs...

I posted this here the other night because I saw it earlier in the week and thought it was cool, but then I took it off before anyone saw it, I think. For some reason, it is still on my mind...I just think it's a cool thing and something that isn't done enough sometimes even with people we know, so here it is again:

Dianne, that is cool. I am a hugger...I'm a touchy-feely person, so I hug all my friends, etc. and tell 'em I love them---life's too short!

You know, I was thinking about this as I was watching it and in today's world with all the freaks out there, it's not surprising that people were reluctant to hug him---I probably would be too.

Neat video...thanks for posting it!

I saw this before and I think it's so neat! It is too bad that perversion has messed up such a good thing.

I'm a hugger too and usually sign off by saying "Hugs". I always tell my friends and family "I love you". But, that being said, I'm not sure I would walk up to someone on the street with a sign. Maybe, maybe not. Great video though.

BTW, love ya!
Hugs,
Kat

That makes me cry! Glad he got some hugs and then others were willing to participate. I think that hugs can be misused at times (I have teen boys - one a huge hugger, especially of cute teen girls.) But usually they are wonderful!
